DJ Snake — the global music phenom known for such hits as "Turn Down For What," "Lean On," "Let Me Love You," "Taki Taki" and "Loco Contigo" — has collaborated on the creation of a new watch with Swiss maker Hublot. Featuring iridescent colors showcased on a black titanium case, the Big Bang DJ Snake is meant to evoke the feeling of an electronic music concert. "During the shows, we have the craziest colors, the lasers and everything and I wanted a watch that can feel this energy — very aggressive and special, something fresh with sick energy," DJ Snake tells The Hollywood Reporter . DJ Snake, who's in the middle of a jammed touring schedule that will take him to Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, Romania, Puerto Rico, Florida and Las Vegas over the next month, also chose a design detail for the watch's dial that speaks to his worldwide reach: a stylized globe. Smith. —Photography by Benjamin Tankersley This might surprise people that have seen or heard one of Jimmy's Famous Seafood's attention-grabbing marketing campaigns or follow the Dundalk restaurant's pervasive and often brash social-media content. But John Minadakis, Jimmy's 38-year-old co-owner—and the son of its late founder and namesake—says he considers himself a social recluse. Michelle Francl reminds #ChemistsWhoCook to look at the chemistry behind the cooking. Download PDF It was the pandemic that drove me to it. Not the baking of sourdough, though like many #ChemistsWhoCook I produced a surfeit of loaves. No, I bought ikasumi: powdered squid ink. Like many of my coronavirus cooking adventures, this one was rooted in nostalgia: my strategy to avoid facing the daily uncertainties of living through a global pandemic. I wanted to recreate a dish from a memorable summer meal enjoyed in a small town outside Rome, a tangle of black pasta and fresh seafood. Besides, kneading the pasta dough would be an anodyne for my anxiety. It was, I confess, efficacious in both regards. Seeded yeast rolls made with powdered sq...

He said, "No, never seen it." I said, "Bob, this is the species you described!" And he was thrilled as well. Adblock test (Why?)
