The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou

Internationally famous oceanographer Steve Zissou and his crew--Team Zissou--set sail on an expedition to hunt down the mysterious, elusive, possibly non-existent Jaguar Shark that killed Zissou's partner during the documentary filming of their latest adventure. A young airline co-pilot who may or may not be Zissou's son, a beautiful journalist assigned to write a profile of Zissou, and Zissou's estranged wife and co-producer, Eleanor, joins them on their voyage. They face overwhelming complications including pirates, kidnapping, and bankruptcy.
Anjelica Huston
Academy Award-winning actress and director Anjelica Huston continues her renowned family's legacy in film, which began with her grandfather, Walter Huston and her father, John Huston.
Throughout her career, Huston has received a multitude of awards for her work, including many honors from the National Society of Film Critics, two Independent Spirit Awards, the Los Angeles and New York Film Critics Awards and an honor from Women in Film.
Huston received a Best Supporting Actress Oscar® for her role as Maerose Prizzi in the black comedy "Prizzi's Honor," in which she starred opposite Jack Nicholson and Kathleen Turner. In 2005, Huston received a Golden Globe Award® for her role in HBO's original movie "Iron Jawed Angels," in which she starred opposite Hilary Swank and Julia Ormond.

Huston starred as Broadway producer Eileen Rand in the Golden Globe- nominated television series "Smash" on NBC. Huston serves on the Board of Directors at the National University of Ireland Galway's John Huston School of Film and Digital Media. She is a member of the Film Foundation's Artists Rights Council, an Ambassador for the California Arts Council, a member of the Save the Chimps advisory council, and a recent spokesperson for both PETA and The Humane Society.
Huston is also a New York Times bestselling author. Her memoir A Story Lately Told: Coming of Age in Ireland, London, and New York was published by Scribner in November 2013. A Story Lately Told ends as she launches her Hollywood life. The second part of her story—Watch Me—opens in Los Angeles in 1973 and was published in Nov 2014.
Huston's upcoming film releases include Goldfinch Studios' "Waiting for Anya," based on the novel by Sir Michael Morpurgo opposite Noah Schnapp and Jean Reno and Liongate's "John Wick: Chapter 3- Parabellum" with Keanu Reeves and Halle Berry.
Owen Wilson To Star In Golf Comedy Series At Apple TV+
Owen Wilson is set to star in a comedy series at Apple TV+ set in the world of professional golf, Variety has learned.
The untitled series hails from writer Jason Keller. Apple has given the series a 10-episode order. Per the official description, Wilson will star as Pryce Cahill, "an over-the-hill, ex-pro golfer whose career was derailed prematurely 20 years ago. After he gets fired from his job at an Indiana sporting goods store and his wife walks out on him, Pryce hedges his bets entirely on a troubled 17-year-old golf phenom."
Both Keller and Wilson also serve as executive producers on the series. Propagate Content's Ben Silverman will also executive produce along with Howard T. Owens and Rodney Ferrell, Entertainment 360's Guymon Casady, Piece of Work's Lee Eisenberg and Natalie Sandy, Bill Callahan, and Chris Moynihan. Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris will direct.
This is the latest TV role for Wilson of late. He currently stars in the Marvel-Disney+ series "Loki," which dropped its second season in late 2023. Wilson also lent his voice to the animated series "Cars on the Road," reprising the role of Lightning McQueen from the "Cars" Pixar film franchise. In film, Wilson is known for his collaborations with Wes Anderson, with the pair earning an Oscar nomination in 2002 for best original screenplay for "The Royal Tennenbaums." Wilson also starred in the film, as well as in other Anderson films like "The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou," "Bottle Rocket," and "The Darjeeling Limited." His other film roles include "Zoolander," "Wedding Crashers," "Starsky and Hutch," and "Midnight in Paris."
