giant lizard :: Article Creator This Tadpole Larger Than A Human Hand Could Never Become A Frog. Here's What We Know Claim: A photograph shared online genuinely shows an exceptionally large tadpole roughly the size of a soda can or human hand. A photograph of a giant, green-and-yellow tadpole longer than a human hand turned up in an X post on Feb. 12, 2025. At the time of this reporting, the post had received more than 296,000 views.  People have been sharing the photograph on social media platforms, including Reddit and Facebook, for years, as well as by online publications like the New York Post and Live Science.  Herpetologist Earyn McGee, a self-described "lizard lassoer," originally shared the photo on X on June 13, 2018. McGee described the tadpole as "not the norm" and an "outlier with some sort of hormonal imbalance."  McGee served as a PhD candidate at the University of Arizona in the Schoo...

toy poodle :: Article Creator Toy Poodle - Tessa State Zip Code Country They Might Be Cousins, But Wiley Coyote Will Eat Your Toy Poodle The question hung in the air like a deflated birthday balloon. I shifted from foot to foot uncomfortably wondering what to tell the Little People, then went with the truth. The fact is, coyotes do eat small dogs from time to time. So do eagles, badgers, foxes, cougars, and other unusual suspects. Thank God this isn't Florida or we'd be worrying about the gators, too. There's even stories about raccoons snatching a small pup. They're dexterous, opportunistic omnivores. In other words, they'll eat anything they can get their hands on. "The good news, girls, is that coyotes don't usually go for people's pets" I soften. In this situation, size matters, folks. I did my research and according to the city of Wyoming, Ohio (thanks Google) coyotes only go for a...

eel fish :: Article Creator A Rare 'Doomsday' Fish Is Spotted Swimming In Mexico The elusive oarfish, a creature nicknamed the "doomsday fish" because of its place in folklore as a precursor to disaster, was captured on video this month after it was seen in shallow water in Baja California Sur, along Mexico's Pacific Coast. A group of people who were visiting the area spotted the fish swimming near a beach in early February. Oarfish have an eel-like slender body and gaping mouth, but the sea-monster-like creatures have rarely been seen alive by people. As of August, only about 20 oarfish sightings had been recorded along the coast of California since 1901, according to the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, though one washed up in the state as recently as November. In Japanese mythology, oarfish are viewed as harbingers of doom, signaling impending earthquakes. But researchers in Japan debunked any significant link in a paper p...
